1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. diced onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
28 oz. can Italian plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. bowtie pasta
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese

In heavy skillet over medium heat cook bacon, onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender and bacon is done, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer until thickens slightly (sauce will be watery), about 14 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta and steam
broccoli . Add lots of Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
